Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive or damaged or incorrect item, contact us. We will make it right. We will send a replacement package directly and provide a label for return of the original item.
Jacket, Vest, and Shoe Exchanges
Exchanges are free for jackets, vest, and ghillies. Contact us if they do not fit, and we will send a return shipping label and Return Authorization. We will cover shipping on the replacement size of the same or similar item, once we receive the returned item. Return labels are for exchanges only.
Standard Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All returns must be in like-new condition, please. Items that are not in like-new condition may be returned to the customer or incur a re-stocking fee. Exchanges will be made for the same or similar item in a different size or color. If you need the new item urgently, the fastest way is to make a new purchase online and return the original item for a refund.
Step 1: Request Returns Form
To arrange for a return, please call 1-800-931-5010 or contact us as soon as possible. We will email an easy Returns form for you to ship back with the returned item. This ensures that we can identify your return and allows us to prepare your paperwork in advance, so we can most quickly process the return for you.
Step 2: Ship Return

The shipping cost of returning merchandise for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Once your return is received, we will work quickly to process it.
We will refund the price paid for your returned item using the original payment method. You will receive an email indicating that your card has been refunded.
We will send the alternative item you requested and cover the shipping.
