Returns & Exchanges
If an item you order is not in stock, we will email and/or call to let you know. We will provide an estimated arrival timeframe for the item and may suggest comparable alternatives. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change.
When most of an order is in stock and the shipping address is in the US, we will offer to send the available items first. In this case, shipping for your overall order total will be charged on the first package. No additional shipping will be charged for sending the backordered item.
With international orders, we usually hold the order, until the backordered item is available. We can provide other options when we contact you.
We will not charge your card for a backordered item until it arrives, unless you specifically authorize us to do so.
In the uncommon event that a backordered item is no longer available, we will contact you.
