Returns & Exchanges:
ALL returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. The original sales receipt, copy or note including all pertinent information (name, address, daytime phone, email address, date of purchase, and reason for return) must also be included.
The shipping cost of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser, except as noted below*.
ALL returned product is required to be in "like new" condition. Returns are subject to inspection and possible restocking charges.
Replacement products sent in exchange for a different size, color or similar item will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground at no charge to the customer.
Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 10 days, appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account.
* Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item Sent:
Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product contact us immediately and save all packaging. Likewise, if an item is received in error contact us as soon as possible.
In damaged, defective, or wrong item is sent, Henderson's will provide return postage, arrange for UPS return services or make adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.
