It's very important to us that you receive the items you need as quickly as possible, so we always strive to process and ship your orders with the utmost efficiency and care. All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. In the USA, your order will ship via US Postal Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service, meaning your package should arrive in 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

Place Orders Online or Via Phone, Fax or Mail:
Online: Our website features a secure shopping cart system, so your credit card information is safe. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and notice of its shipment. In addition, we provide specific tracking information via e-mail for most domestic orders.
Phone: Place orders over the phone by calling toll free 1-800-931-5010. When calling from outside the US, dial the number (231) 932-7330.
Fax: Orders can be placed via fax at (231) 932-7331. Please be sure to include your telephone number on the fax in case there is any question about your order.
Mail: Please include a phone number in case we have any questions about your order. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax on your total before shipping. Please send all mail orders to:

Shipping Policies and Special Cases:
Delivery Time Estimates: US orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, so if all items are in stock, you should receive your order in 5-7 business day. International orders are usually shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail International, so you should look for your order in 6-14 business days.
Expedited Domestic Services: Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. For same day shipment, orders must be received by 2:00 pm EST. Normal UPS delivery is only provided weekdays M-F, so "Next Day" UPS orders placed on Friday would not be delivered until the following Monday. Express Mail does deliver on Saturdays, but service to some zipe codes is 2 days.

Oversize Shipping: Oversize packages are subject to additional shipping. Bass drums and bass drum cases are examples of oversized products that are not covered under standard shipping rates. For US orders, bass drums and bass drum cases incur additional charges, $65 and $70 respectively. These charges are on top of the order value-based rates listed below. (A Bass drum and matching case together will only be charged the $65 plus rate above.) For international shipping, the charge must be calculated per order, as charges vary significantly, depending on destination.
High Value Note: High value orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, as these price ranges can include many types of products in large quantities. US orders above $2500 and international orders above $2000 will be evaluated to see if additonal shipping charges are required.
International Shipping Services: Most orders are shipped Priority Mail Int'l or Express Mail Int'l, both of which are very reliable services. Depending on the items ordered and service availability in the destination country, other services, like UPS, may be used. We will select the service that provides the best combination of value, trackability and speed to your shipping address.
International Shipments - Taxes and Duties: Packages are shipped from our store in the United States. Any taxes or duties applied to your shipment by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot know in advance what these will be.
