Layaway Program FAQ
 
Can I use layaway on anything in the store?
Almost. You can use layaway for purchase totals of $300 - $1800, which covers most drums, bagpipes and smallpipes. Also, layaway is only available on normal stock items, not special orders like kilts, unadvertised products, and items that specify "special order."
 
How do I start a Layaway Program?
Just pick out the product you want, select the payment frequency--Monthly or Bi-Weekly--and for purchases over $900, choose the 3 Month or the 6 Month Plan. When you have the downpayment ready, just call us, and we can set your program up.
 
How are payments made?
Once you choose your program, the payments are automatic. You can have them charged to your credit card or use the e-Check option, which allows Authorize.net to withdraw the funds from your bank account.
 
What if a payment is declined or there are insufficient funds?
If a payment fails, we will contact you to see if you'd like us to try again or if you'd like to cancel the layaway. There are no penalties for either selection. If we make another attempt that fails, we'll just refund all of your successful payments and return your items to stock. You're welcome to try Layaway again later or purchase the items at a better time. If you opt to cancel the layaway, all of the payments successfully made will be refunded to you.
 
Will I get receipts for my layaway payments?
Yes, email receipts will automatically be sent after each successful payment. If you are not receiving emails, you can call to verify your email address.
 
When will I receive my items?
We will ship your items once full payment has been received. You'll be notified of shipment, so you know when to expect your package.
