The books are far more in depth than any other instruction manual on the market. This is a thorough guide, so it is not recommended for the casual learner. John Cairns suggests that if you practice the 60 minutes each day 4 or 5 days per week, you should work through this volume in 3 months. A detailed checklist at the back of the book helps you track your progress. A companion CD is included, so you can hear samples.
