You can use layaway for purchase totals of $300 - $1800, which covers most drums, bagpipes and smallpipes. Layaway is only available on normal stock items, not on special orders like kilts, unadvertised products, and items that specify "special order."
Just pick out the product you want, select the payment frequency--Monthly or Bi-Weekly--and for purchases over $900, choose the 3 Month or the 6 Month Plan. When you have the minimum downpayment ready, just call us, and we can set your program up. We'll create an order for you and provide your payment amount and payment dates, based on your selections.
Absolutely. You're welcome to start with any amount, as long as you satisfy the minimum downpayment for your purchase total. The balance due will be divided according to your payment frequency and overall plan length to come up with the monthly payments.
You make payments based on the program you selected. Payment dates will be printed on the initial invoice. You can send a check or money order for each payment or have us charge your credit card. If you have online bill payment through your bank or credit union, you can pay Henderson Imports that way, too, and may even be able to set up scheduled auto payments to make layaway even easier.
There is a 5-day grace period for your payment to give time for your check to arrive or to charge your card after a declined transaction. If the payment is not received by the end of the grace period, we'll just put the items back to stock. There's no penalty, and all of your successful payments will be refunded. You can make a purchase when you're ready or try layaway at another time.
If you pay with a credit card, email receipts will automatically be sent after each successful payment. If you send a check, we'll let you know that payment has been received.
We will ship your items once full payment has been received. You'll be notified of shipment, so you know when to expect your package.
Yes! If at any time you're ready to pay the full order balance, just call to let us know. We will then be able to settle the invoice and send your order. If you have been advised that some of the product was not in stock, we may still be without it, but we will be able to let you know the stock status when you contact us.
