If you want a secure, unobtrusive valve with great airflow, the Moose Valve is an excellent choice. With the tool provided, the valve expands to fit snugly in the blowpipe stock, and the same tool can be used to remove the valve for cleaning or to season leather bags. Because the valve is installed through the top of the blowstick stock, a zippered pipe bag is not required. The valve has a large bore for exceptional airflow, and it can also serve as a simple water trap. Installation can be a little tricky, but we have YouTube instructions to guide you through. Plus, Moose Valves come with a clear plastic practice tube, so you can practice installation before attempting to fit it in the stock.
